Yes, we ship worldwide! Once your order is placed, we’ll begin processing it as quickly as possible.


Order Updates

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed (up to 48 hours). A second email will be sent when your order is shipped, including your tracking number and a link to track your package.

If you encounter issues with tracking or delivery, please contact the courier directly first. Note that tracking updates may take 3-7 business days to appear. In rare cases, tracking may not update, but your order is still on its way. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, feel free to reach out to us at support@beautyara.com.


Important Shipping Notes

  1. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
    Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. Beautyara cannot be held responsible for errors in addresses provided by customers. Refunds are not issued for such errors.

  2. Signature on Delivery
    Depending on the courier, your package may require a signature. If no one is available, the courier may leave the package in a safe location, hold it at a local facility, or attempt redelivery. We recommend using an address where someone will be available to receive the delivery.


Delivered Packages

Once your package is delivered, you have 60 days to return it for a refund. Returns are only accepted after we’ve inspected the package to ensure all items are intact. Refunds will not be issued for delivered packages unless the original contents are returned.


Order Cancellations

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. Our system is designed to process and ship orders quickly to avoid delays for other customers. If you no longer want your order, you can return it once it arrives, as long as the package is unopened.


Disputes and Chargebacks

By purchasing on this website, you agree to contact us at support@beautyara.com regarding any issues and allow up to 72 hours for a response before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

Filing a chargeback without following this process may result in liability for damages, including attorney fees and other losses incurred. However, if we fail to respond or resolve your issue within 60 business days, you may file a chargeback without liability.


Holiday Shipping

During high-demand periods, such as the holiday season, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery due to increased order volumes and postal delays. We are working diligently to ensure all orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience!
